2 medium sized yams
Olive Oil
Seasoning of your choice
Tangy Thai Aioli
Cut yam into long thin slices. If using a toaster oven place directly on the rack and set to bake for about 25 minutes, flip part way through. Using an oven; set to 350. Lightly grease a baking pan place the yam slices on top cook for about 20 minutes, flip part way through cooking. Check that all the fries are cooked through and then remove from oven. Once cooked place the fries into a bowl with a teaspoon of olive oil and spices. Suggested spices are a simple sprinkle of salt, pepper, and celery salt. Mix well and they’re ready to serve. The ultimate combo with these yummy yam fries is our Tangy Thai Aioli.
